Public Safety Policy Director


Devon Kurtz leads research and policy development in public safety and homelessness. His research and commentaries have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, National Public Radio, and The Economist. He is also the author of Sketches from Behind Prison Walls. Devon holds a B.A. in Classical Studies from Dartmouth College and an M.St. in Criminology from the University of Cambridge.
