Ally graduated from Baylor University in May 2023 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Poverty Studies. During her undergraduate years, Ally interned for the Twenty-First Century lobbying group in Washington, D.C. and worked with the State Ballot Measures team for Ballotpedia. She also served a two-year term on Baylor University’s Board of Regents.

Ally joined Cicero because she believes state policy is a crucial, yet often overlooked, aspect of the think-tank and public policy sectors. She is motivated by seeing bipartisan, common-sense reforms pass incrementally across the country, knowing they help real people and hold governments accountable.

Living in Austin, TX, Ally has been involved in policy and politics since 2022. She testified in the Nebraska Legislature on eliminating unnecessary degree requirements. In her free time, she enjoys shooting film photography and spending time with her cat, Lucky.
