Zoe Taylor is the State Advocacy Manager for Cicero Institute. Previously, Zoe was the Kentucky State Director for Right on Crime. She also worked at the Nolan Center for Justice in Washington, D.C., and other various think tanks in D.C. Taylor was the vice president of the national nonprofit Students for Free Expression and served on their board. Zoe earned a B.A. in political theory and legal studies from American University.
