Dr. Chris Sharp is the Chief of Staff at the Cicero Institute, where he focuses on the operational and strategic alignment of policy and research across the organization. Chris received his Ph.D. in Public Affairs with an emphasis in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2006. Chris retired from the United States Army in 2018 as a Brigade Deputy Commander.
