Zoe acts as a liaison between the research team and state governments. With six years of experience in policy and politics, she previously worked with Right on Crime and the Hudson Institute. Zoe is driven by a commitment to America’s rich intellectual tradition and views her work at Cicero as a means to uphold the nation’s founding principles. She has testified on Wisconsin’s AB 1065 and written on radical beliefs and genocide. Zoe holds a BA in Political Science and Law & Society from American University and lives in NYC. She enjoys Jacobean and Elizabethan embroidery.
