Jennifer Libby

Jen provides creative direction to Cicero, overseeing designed publications, materials, and websites. She ensures brand consistency, designs various Cicero materials, manages design contractors, and updates the Cicero Institute website. She also provides graphic design services to Lonsdale Enterprises. Previously, Jen worked at the Foundation for Government Accountability, Mix Maine Media, and Marshall Communications.

Jen joined Cicero because its dedication to shaping public policy and advancing intellectual exploration aligns with her passion for effecting positive change through creativity and communication. She is motivated by creating design collateral that makes a tangible difference in the world.

Living in Maine, Jen has worked in policy and politics for five years. Notably, she helped brand a startup that grew significantly, culminating in its $20 million acquisition. Raised with a strong work ethic, Jen believes in contributing meaningfully to society. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Graphic Design & Multimedia from the Denver Institute of Technology.
