Hirad is a Research Associate at the Cicero Institute, focusing on AI policy and regulatory reform. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in History from the University of Chicago. His professional background includes roles at a private equity firm, healthcare startup, and a free speech think tank. He lives in Texas.
Outside of work, Hirad enjoys reading history, tennis, and alpine skiing.
