Gunes Menghwar is a Master’s in Public Policy candidate at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, with a concentration in Health Policy, International Development, and Markets and Regulations. His areas of interest include conducting rigorous policy analysis and applying quantitative techniques to improve social development and government programs. Prior to graduate school, he gained experience in research and program implementation across global health and development organizations in South Asia. Gunes received his Bachelor’s in Economics from the Institute of Business Administration Karachi.
