Michael Lucci is a Senior Fellow at the Cicero Institute. Michael has served as a presidential appointee on the Federal Services Impasse Panel and as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy to the Governor of Illinois. He was previously the Vice President of State Projects at Tax Foundation and the Vice President of Policy at Illinois Policy Institute. His work focuses on tax policy, regulatory policy, and state politics. His writing has been featured in City Journal, National Review, and The Federalist. Michael received a Bachelor in Philosophy with a minor in Arts and Sciences from the University of Notre Dame.
