Arizonans and Utahns Are Concerned About Rising Homelessness
Today, the Cicero Institute released two new polls conducted in Arizona and Utah. The polls found that residents of both states are concerned about rising homelessness and failed policies to confront it.
Two thirds of Arizonans feel that homeless encampments are a threat to the public; over 70% of Utahns felt the same.
The polls found widespread public support in both states for Cicero Institute policies on homelessness, like a ban on dangerous street camping, as well as financial transparency and audits for homeless service agencies.
