State Advocacy Manager


Rachel manages an eight-state profile for The Cicero Institute. Her work is driven by making meaningful connections with legislators to drive Cicero’s policy priorities through partnership. Formerly, Rachel ran an open Republican primary State House campaign and went on to be a legislative aide in the Florida House. During her time working in the legislative process, she worked on a number of high-impact bills, including elections security, deregulation of occupations, and environmental reform, that will have a practical effect on the lives of others.

Now, she works with the Cicero Institute with a goal of bringing practical solutions to problems in state government. Now, she can amplify that impact across multiple states. Rachel works from her home base in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
