R. Ray Joiner, III

R. Ray Joiner is an accomplished events, communications, and public relations executive with more than two decades of experience producing high-profile events across the public and private sectors and has led his own firm, Ray Joiner Design, where he managed creative direction and event strategy for a wide range of clients.

Earlier in his career, Ray served as a Senior Lead Advance Representative for The White House and on the Bush-Cheney presidential campaign, as well as Deputy Director of Events for Media Logistics for the 54th Presidential Inaugural. His work has taken him from the most prestigious political stages to complex corporate environments, always with a focus on excellence, precision, and meaningful experiences.

Ray is based in Austin, Texas.
