With over a decade of research focus on comprehensive price transparency and recent emphasis on telehealth reform, he offers innovative solutions to complex healthcare policy challenges. Josh has a diverse work background, including roles as a Senior Legislative Aide, legislative director, and positions at prominent think tanks like the Foundation for Government Accountability and Pioneer Institute. Inspired by Cicero’s multi-state approach and dedication to addressing tough issues, he joined to positively impact millions of Americans’ lives. Josh, based in Quincy, Massachusetts, holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University and a BA in political studies and economics from Gordon College. He’s widely published and has spoken in 22 state capitols on various healthcare issues. Josh and his wife are proud parents to five children, including biological, adopted, and those in foster care.
