Dr. Chris Sharp is a senior fellow at the Cicero Institute where he focuses on state legislation and policy addressing homelessness, public safety, and higher education. Chris received his Ph.D. in Public Affairs with an emphasis in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2006. Chris retired from the United States Army in 2018 as a Brigade Deputy Commander.
