Caleb Jacobs

Law & Policy Fellow

Caleb Jacobs was a Law & Policy Fellow at the Cicero Institute from 2025-2026. His background includes service in the United States Air Force, executive consulting for Fortune 500 organizations, and nonprofit policy work focused on homelessness and public safety in the United States. He holds an MBA from the University of Louisville, an MDiv from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is currently a Master of Public Administration candidate at Cornell University.
