Caleb Jacobs

Visiting Fellow

Caleb Jacobs was a Law & Policy Fellow at the Cicero Institute from 2025-2026 and is currently a Visiting Fellow focused on homelessness and public safety. His background includes service in the United States Air Force, executive consulting for Fortune 500 organizations, and nonprofit policy work in the United States. He holds an MBA from the University of Louisville, an MDiv from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and is currently a Master of Public Administration candidate at Cornell University.
