With extensive experience in senior policy roles, including Senior Policy Director for the Kentucky Senate and Deputy Chief of Staff for the Governor of Kentucky, Bryan joined Cicero because of its mission to address persistent problems with courage and resolve.
Living in Louisville, KY, Bryan is regularly interviewed by state and national publications on public policy issues and has been published in the Wall Street Journal. With 25 years of experience in politics and policy, he led successful legislative efforts for the Governor of Kentucky, passing 91 of the top 100 priority bills in a single session. Bryan holds degrees in Political Science and Business/Human Resources and has testified on various policy issues in multiple states. In his free time, Bryan enjoys cycling.
