Adam’s expertise lies in healthcare policy, complemented by his vast experience in government and policy areas such as workforce and human services. Previously, as Director of Montana’s Department of Public Health and Human Services and Kentucky’s Secretary for Health and Family Services, he managed multi-billion-dollar budgets and thousands of employees. Adam appreciates Cicero’s practical, results-oriented approach to policy development, aligning with his own inclination toward impactful solutions. His achievements include negotiating innovative waivers with CMS and providing testimony at various legislative levels. Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown College and is deeply committed to improving systems for the vulnerable. He resides in Kentucky with his spouse Laura and their three children and two dogs.
