The Cicero Institute’s mission is to find innovative solutions to help the least well-off. One core tenet of that mission is criminal justice reform. The Cicero Institute’s parole and probation reforms aim to change the culture within the criminal justice system and improve the lives of formerly incarcerated people by giving parole/probation officers a bigger stake in the rehabilitation and success of the people they work with.
