  • Creation of the most comprehensive set of homelessness reforms in the nation, including:
    • Street camping prohibition
    • Mental health treatment
    • Safe, drug-free spaces
    • Local government accountability
    • Healthcare innovation with improved transparency incentives
  • Increases in physician supply shortage with graduates of international medical programs

  • Creation of a comprehensive pathway for international physicians to practice medicine
  • Implementation of regulatory reforms that limits agency power in favor of individual liberty
  • Limitation of temporary regulatory rules and requiring a reduction of regulatory burdens
  • Elimination of unnecessary degree requirements for public-sector jobs
  • Consolidation of health professional boards to lower costs and reduce redundancy

  • Improvements to mental health laws to provide individuals in crisis the treatment they need

  • Improvements to telehealth law to expand access to care across state lines

  • Improvements to the reentry process for reintegration of former prisoners and to reduce the likelihood of repeat offenders
  • Establishment of guidelines to address habitual offenders
  • Creation of incentives for inmates to secure and maintain employment while on probation or parole

  • Increases in accountability and metrics for success for the Utah Homelessness Services Board
