Rachel is a State Advocacy Manager for The Cicero Institute, using her experience in the Florida Legislature to guide her work across a multi-state portfolio. Previously, she served as the chief lobbyist for the University of West Florida in her hometown of Pensacola, Florida. She also successfully led a State House campaign and served as a Legislative Aide in the Florida House of Representatives. Rachel earned a dual-B.A. in Legal Studies and Journalism from the University of West Florida and subsequently completed the Masters in Applied American Politics and Policy program at Florida State University.
