Jennifer Libby is the creative director for the Cicero Institute. Her visual designs have graced legislative and executive desks in statehouses across the country, have been used in floor and committee debates in Congress, and have even been sent up to Pennsylvania Ave.

Jen has nearly three decades of graphic design experience that includes working as the senior designer for the Foundation for Government Accountability, creative director at Mix Maine Media, and the senior designer and website developer at Marshall Communications. She is passionate about creating meaningful designs to help public policy organizations achieve exceptional results.
